Week 11 for the NW 55th Place Construction
I’m back from vacation and I checked in on the NW 55th Place Commercial and Technology park construction.
It’s been two weeks since I was out there and look at the progress!
Week 9 of construction at NW 55th Commercial and Technology Park
Week 9 and there’s already more progress on the walls for B! Building G has started to gain some structure as well.
I’ll be on vacation next week, so it will be interesting to see how much progress two weeks will make!
Week 8 for 55th Place Commercial Park Construction
Here’s a little progress in Week 8. The walls are starting to go up in Building B!
Week 7 for NW 55th Place Commercial and Technology Park
There’s been some progress here in Week 7. Building G has had more foundation added to it, while Building B has had a fresh coat of paint. Week 8 updates should be coming in soon! Check back next week for new pictures.
Weeks 5 and 6 for 55th Place Commercial Park Construction
It may have been the Holiday but construction continued to move forward on buildings B and G at the NW 55th Place Commercial Park. Building B is really taking shape while G’s foundation is almost complete.

Another busy week at the 55th Place Commercial Park. It is fascinating to see the weekly progress being make on the warehouse pad. Steadily another industrial/technology building coming to fruition.
Week 3 on construction 55th Place
Despite the it being Thanksgiving week, progress is still being made on building B and building G. See how quickly these spec building are going up. Keep in mind that you can lease or purchase a custom building and have it available in a remarkably short period of time.
